The property manager is very rude. In the time I spent here, I could never get a response via email nor could I get her on the phone. It is not kid friendly because there are no children living in this complex nor do they have a pool or a playground. She will only answer the phone 20% of the time and then once she sees you are calling she will finally respond to your email. I vacated early and left nothing behind nor was there any damage. I always paid early and still only got $10 back on my deposit. The corporate location really needs to find someone else because she is so rude. You can verify this by other people who have left bad reviews and were only calling for information.

Called & asked is there anything to rent, she raised her voice & stated " we don't have anything for rent, now nor in the future.... okay " Who says that? You can't get upset because I call and ask a question? Sometimes it's about the way we say things that make a huge difference. She seemed bothered, annoyed & obviously needs a new profession. Terrible Terrible Terrible customer service! I feel bad for the current residents and how they feel.

The townhouses themselves are gorgeous with a very comfy feel to them. The owners are great about keeping the units updated. Lived here for a year, I'm in no hurry to leave. I love this property location and neighborhood. I noticed the other reviews; I think there was a period when the management was making many updates on things like the A/C units and such, and there were a few unannounced visits from staff and home improvement services. However, that has changed now that they have finished the A/C updates. The management staff has some unique and strong personalities, but I wouldn't take that personally. Plus, as much as they are "interesting," they can be very accommodating as well. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place to family, friends, or anyone for that matter. We've been very pleased with our rental home and experience.
