Ive lived here almost a year and its been an awesome place to call home. The apartment manager kristie is really on top of everything and she along with her staff are positive and friendly. They care about the residents and respond to our needs when approached.
I love that they give out birthday cards..and.decorate for holidays.
Its a great place to live. Thanks Kristie and all the rest of the staff.

Ive been here just 2 1/2 months and love living here. Staff are great and very helpful. Studio apt is just the right size. There are no bed bugs because we bring our own bedding so if there are any then the individual brought them in with them. Just saying. Utilities are included so its easier to budget expenses.

I have live here almost 3 years. The staff are very helpful, especially maintenance personnel who are prompt to resolve issues. (The only problem is getting management to enforce the NO cigarette smoking in the apartment policy. I can smell cigarette smoke coming through my fan vents in the kitchen and bathroom almost daily.) Great view of the City of Albuquerque, especially the balloons rising up in the morning. The city bus stop outside the building is very convenient. Lots of amenities here once this pandemic is over. I would highly recommend this place for seniors 55+ looking to find a good and safe home.
