The property is well maintained and the accommodations that I was shown were clean and well laid out. The price was also fair and on point to other properties in the area. I will make this my first choice if available.

Maintenance is SUPER FAST with anything never more than 24hour wait with any small issues I've had (sink sprayer replacement/socket that needed replaced from over-use) AND I HAVE TO MENTION so grateful for emergency maintenance unlocking my door when I accidentally locked my 1y inside when I was taking trash out. She was fine BUT mommy was losing her mind. Neighbors were also very friendly/helpful during this (one let me borrow her husbands ladder to try reaching my balcony & another neighbor let me use her phone and used the ladder to try climbing onto my balcony.
I also feel safe knowing if anything was going on the office would contact me. One day things were flying off a balcony &they contacted me checking to make sure I was alright (before they found out it was the unit above me). Overall my experience has been very good with every aspect of living here and I would 10/10 recommend. Also, very quiet apartments and I have packages constantly, even had an HP printer (in the HP box) sit on my porch for over a week before I came home and everything is always safely at my door. And for the record my lease is ending in 3weeks so I did not receive any special bonus or anything to write this review lol I just really enjoyed living here!
Great place to live , office staff friendly, maintenance is quick to respond. And the property always is kept clean.. I love it here.......
