Recently my boyfriend I have moved and as you know moving can be extremely stressful! From day one of interacting with the leasing team, we were very happy with the service that the Reserve at Burlington provided. The exceptional team members go above and beyond to meet every need! They are friendly, kind, and helpful! The amenity spaces are kept clean, and organized! The service workers are prompt! One of these workers Kailene, the properties leasing consultant has been a beneficial part of our experience here. The Reserve has been meeting our very high expectations for sure! Highly recommended for anyone interested in the property!!!

I am more than half way through my first lease with the Reserve and I have never felt such peace living in an apartment complex and community. The leasing staff always puts in there best effort to accommodate my needs when things come up, and I always feel immediately attended to.
My rating mostly accounts for me experience with the staff here. They are incredibly patient, attentive, helpful, welcoming, and compassionate. They treat every issue as a personal priority.
It is is nice to live in an environment where you can feel like an independent homeowner when things are going right, and like you live in a well maintained community when you need something resolved.
Even in my short time, the management has taken several actions to upgrade the safety and security of the building by implementing a new butterfly lock secure package room, and new SmartRent unit locks. Living here is easy because when things to go wrong the immediately go right. The maintenance team is also incredibly hard working. They are always around and present and respond as soon as possible. I have even had experiences where they stay over time to resolve concerns quickly.
Considering the amenities, and mainly how dedicated the team is here the rent is a steal. Their service is priceless.

Love this complex! The staff here is great too. Whatever our needs, they meet them. They have done so much to make updates to the building, including smarthome technology. The location is perfect, so close to I-95, the mall, grocery store, and so many restaurants. The building is also set back from the main road, so it's very quiet. Highly recommend this complex!
To comfortably afford an apartment, we recommend having at least three times your monthy rent in gross household income.
