The only real problem I've had with Spinner is getting to campus because Spinner is a fair distance from most of the colleges in the area.

Typical college apartments, but at an inflated price. Nothing to write home about.
Took forever to get anything fixed. Jobs done were poor. Office has the most inconvenient hours assuming anyone is there at all. Location is...
Took forever to get anything fixed. Jobs done were poor. Office has the most inconvenient hours assuming anyone is there at all. Location is ok except for the musical performances directly below many of the apartments. There is nothing more irritating than trying to get in a good night sleep before work or school having to deal with terrible music played at an obscene volume. My floors were constantly shaking. Avoid living here at all cost.
Nice place to live, but a bit isolated from Champlain or downtown Burlington without a car...
