Top Floor 3bd w/balcony + Washer/Dryer! - This unit is bright and full of light with a big kitchen with original builtin cabinet. Like many older buildings in Vermont that are built in the hills this house is settling. The owner had work performed this past summer that was actually to address this issue. There was upgrades to the internal stabilization of the building. However at present the living room floor has a slight boeing effect. Hence the great rate!
