If you're thinking of securing a lease with this apartment complex or Phillips Management Company at all, please for your own sake, reconsider. The office staff who run The Glen are completely and utterly incompetent and underhanded. They will do ANYTHING to blame residents for any issues with the apartments to avoid responsibility for making necessary repairs, including being totally dishonest, violating residents' rights, and going against the professional advice of plumbers, pest control professionals, HVAC, etc. Bed bugs and black mold run rampant here. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs!

I can't wait to leave this place they are so stuck up and mean they never help I called everyday for 3 weeks trying to get someone to fix a leaked pipe in my house not until I told them I wouldn't pay the rent they came to fix it when they did my carpet and wall molded I have a 3 year old that wouldve made her sick then out of no where no notice or documentation signed they started adding my water bill to my rent after a year in a half did they fix my back door where the previous owners broke they ain't worth a damn TAKE YOUR CHANCES IN A HOMELESS SHELTER been here 3 years to long lawn care comes at like 6 am like people dont have a job or children forget about your sleep and blow so much dirt under my door every damn time they're quick to throw threats about your home and thier money DONT...DO..IT HEATH MY WORDS

Hate it hate it ! Water is always off with no notice. Not happy with the place ! The day i was to move in the apartment was not ready. It seem like they forgot i was moving in that day. And made it seem i didng have all my paper work together. You have to pay for so much different things to move in here and its not even all that what u pay for. Their laundromat is horriable & nasty. I dont understand why we have to pay 35 a month for a washier & dryer connection if they dont come a washier & dryer like most places just 15 extra a month.Two days my heating stay on cause it was broke ! The apartment was up to 100 degrees. They don't come & fix ur apartment fast enough ! But yet will fine you for things. Waited two months for the to come fix some simple stuff ! A lot of things in these apartment needs to be refurnish like the shower glass doors, cabinets. Ect.They Dont never answer the phone you always get the answering machine instead of the staff.

I AM BEYOND PISSED WITH THE GLEN!!! first off the GLEN had put a work order in for a new smoke alarm. Which I was not aware they were doing,I come home, door unlocked, lights on, they left my apartment a mess and busted open a bottle water and left the puddle!!!! WHAT ADULT DOES THAT??!! I should not have to come home and clean up a mess that THE GLEN made!!! And the worst part is, Maintenance was chit chatting in the parking lot and left. So now I have to deal with this. I will NEVER be referring this place to ANYONE!! RIDICULOUS!!

The management has obviously been writing reviews on this page. This place is a nightmare. They never fix anything. I had raw sewage flooding my patio and requested a fix. This went on for a year until I was finally able to move out. Look them up in the news. They have mild growing in their apartments. Bedbugs in others. They even have a building that caught fire 2 years ago and is yet to be repaired. These guys are slum lords. Stay away.

I'm not sure where to even start about this place but the reviews say alot. YOU CANT EVEN FLY A AMERICAN FLAG YOU WILL GRT A EVICTION NOTICE. I moved here in 2009 that turned out to be biggest mistake of my life. At move in I had to get new stove,new dishwaher, new refrigerator and about 6 months in the ceiling started leaking and I almost fell thru ceiling and water pouring in the floor so I got new bathrub. All the ceilings in townhouse have mold because they don't get rid of mold. This ceiling leaked 4 different times while living here. Drug dealing going on even during the day and night. I was robbed at gunpoint March 7 2013 had car broke into 3 times. When I moved in was told gas grill was fine so I used one from 2009 till July of 2016 they all of a sudden said no more gas grill. Also the beginning of 2016 in middle of people lease they started a water bill. the place is infested with roaches bedbugs something bad pretty much my whole building moved out cause we had enough. Now they want to charge me 800 for pest control services for their problem. Would live on streets before I'd ever go back here.

The worst place you can possibly live in, maintenance never comes in. My a/c has not been functioning properly since before the beginning of summer. I have repeatedly called the office about the issue and they have promised to stop by to fix it and they haven't. They've stopped answering my phone calls. I've called them about a puddle that has suddenly appeared by my downstairs bathroom and no one has showed up to fix it. This happened a month ago. I've still to this day have tried to contact them and still get no answer. I've gone into the office and complained they have only promised to come by the next day to fix it and no one appears, shocker. I can not wait until my lease is up, definitely do not recommend anyone to live there.

Since apparently my review disappeared, me and my mom lived here for about 3 years.We left because we told them every week about our ceiling leaking until we decided to leave because the ceiling caved in and there was a huge whole that maintenance had to come running as water was pouring through the ceiling.We were unable to even shower or use the toilets without water leaking so we decided to leave.After we left about two months after they called us saying they were going to return our deposit well that was two years and we've yet to recieve it we might even sue.Oh but wait thats not all there were about 20 feral cats by our apartment since we were close to the woods and they had the nerve to blame us for that? lol those were not our cats but they insisted they were.Office people are straight up rude and careless dont get me started on management! Maintance workers were also rude but I cant blame them I feel bad for the horrible place they work for.

I had infestation of bed bugs which from others in Wilmington say they have that issue! I would be ok with it after it was fixed but without telling me I had to pay $400. They never talk with you straight! Always dancing around what you ask them I was here for two years my refrigerator was just fixed 4months ago. I hate the lack of communication water is always off and last but not least they have said my apartment is vacant when I am still here till the 30th and my mail has been returned for a month! Wtf is that even legal my lease isn't being renewed and they filed for eviction for not being paid! I understand that but not telling me that I had the option for month to month basis is ridiculous lack of communication I can go on and on all I will say is good ridince terrible turn over and absolutely no amenities!

If I could give it zero or negative stars I would. This is the worst place I have ever lived in in Wilmington. There are roaches everywhere, our air conditioner has been broken for over a month and they refuse to fix it, it took 5 days and us calling emergency maintenance for them to fix the garbage disposal- which was a simple five minute fix. They damaged our Christmas lights while pressure washing a second time. The note said the washing would be done Wednesday through Friday or until completed. Our building was done on Thursday so I put the lights back up. Apparently they decided to do it again today , Tuesday of the next week, so I'm out $15 in lights for no reason. There is mold growing from behind our vent that maintenance clms is just dirt and keeps painting over. The office staff have a rude, it.'s not my problem attitude and are extremely unhelpful. If you are thinking of moving here, save yourself the headache and don't. It is not worth it and I am counting down the days until our lease is up and we can get out.

At the in the end or the lease when my daughter moved out they over charged due to them losing documents and respond to clear it up. BEWARE!

No one ever answers the phone when u need to get things fix and when they say it's gonna get done it takes forever! Worst apartment place I've ever lived at. Besides the horrendous management all the appliances are out of date and run ur electric bill sky high! The place also floods out when it rains really bad at the entrance to the point the water is up to ur car door along with every where else on the property ! So do ur self the favor and do not get a apartment here it will save u a lot of headaches !!
