I truly lucked out finding Tesla Park, coming from out of state. Theyre always prompt and a pleasure to deal with. Between the maintenance crew, the ladies in the office and Deb and the beautiful yet convenient location, Ill be staying another year. Youre all appreciated ! Thank you.

Maintenance requests (2 of them for minor things I did not notice until being in the place a little while) have been finished same-day twice now. No sign of the person having been here except a door hanger card saying they have been in there to fix something. Very smooth and efficient process - far and away the most responsive of any apartment office I have dealt with.

I rented a first floor one bedroom apt and my daughter and son-in-law rented a second floor one bedroom in 4/22009. I am still in the same apartment. It is right across from the playground and dog park. The dog park was upgraded last month. New fencing, new surface which is great, my dog loves to play fetch and this surface is great for that. They landscaped outside the fence with several types of bushes and pine straw and a very nice bench to sit on. There is a Residents Event each month and they are awesome. The last two offered free cupcakes from One Belle Bakery and they were the best I have ever eaten. Then two big sliders or tortillas from a red food truck. I don't remember the name but food was great. Monkey junction never has food trucks so that great. Staff and maintenance crew are very good. Grounds are kept up. The pool is where I spend my time from May till Sept. There is a huge gas grill for residents to use. You can swim , cook, eat, swim again. What a life! My daughter has since moved into a 2 bedroom and has views of nothing but trees, bunches of them. There are many places like that here. Check it out! I saw a post that said roach infestation and if you call the office they will spray every week. With different people over the years I have had them to spray several times. But they get rid of problem if you let them know.
