Braxton Place in my opinion, is the best apartment complex to live in town. The maintenance team maintains the property very nicely and is always kept clean. The community is located in a very convenient section of town - you're close to everything you may need. I live in one of the loft apartments and I love the layout of it. The lofts include 2 levels and 1.5 baths with vaulted ceilings and a lot of natural light. This is better (in my opinion) than most one bedroom apartments in town. Also, in the clubhouse, there is complimentary coffee and tea, a gym (open 24 hours) and a pool that is so nice to enjoy throughout the hot summer days in Wilmington. Also, if you have a furry friend, there is a fenced-in bark park where your friend can roam free off the leash. Lastly, Braxton Place is in a safe and quiet section of town. I am very happy here!

Braxton Place is superior in many ways. The staff, both maintenance and office, is helpful, polite, and on top of things. The apartments are well kept and spacious and worth every cent. I couldnt picture myself living anywhere else.

Has everything. Dog park, pool, landscaping, Wi-Fi access. AFFORDABLE. Nice neighbors and staff. Very clean and quiet. I posted this 10 months ago. They changed managers every other month. Don't violate one rule, they will kick you out unless you agree to pay another $50. It's a shame. Hold onto your wallet. They will nickle and dime you.

**first company I have ever written a review for and this is a honest review from a true resident/customer. A quality and welcoming place to come home to. The staff, including management, are very professional. Integrity, service and ownership are the words that I would use to describe the employees here at Braxton Place. It is my opinion that Braxton Place truly delivers perfection in service, as well as providing quality, comfortable living, in a safe community. We did have a couple maintenance requests when we moved in but each concern was addressed without delay. We chose a apartment home with the vaulted ceiling in one of the brand new buildings. Amazing job on the floor plan to provide a very open feel. The amenities are very high quality and clean! A resort style salt water pool lined with palm trees that is also handicap accessible shows they don't want anyone denied this oasis. The 24/7 state-of-the-art exercise room can easily get you to cancel your gym membership. To top it off, a Starbucks coffee machine in the clubhouse. I am not one to pay for Starbucks coffee but I sure do enjoy it now. We are also looking forward to watching baseball and football games on the outdoor tv which is mounted above a fireplace outside the clubhouse. The grounds are very well maintained and the large outdoor grill is a nice touch which is placed nicely by the fountain/pond. If you care about recycling like we do, you will appreciate the garbage/recycling station here. I believe I counted 8 large recycling bins and 2 good size garbage dumpsters just at 1 of the 2 stations. I honesty have never seen such clean and organized garbage/recycling stations- very impressive. We chose Braxton Place for the people this company employs, the quality (that I know they stand behind) and the close proximity to great beaches, downtown and shopping/entertainment. This is the first place we have truly been happy to call home. I hope this review is helpful to anyone looking for a new place. Now if we could just get our couch delivered.....
