Three stars where given just for the fact that we liked the townhome styled houses. But the two years we stayed there the complex went through 3 managers before finding a 4th who wasnt scared off by corporate/ the amount of work that needed to be done. There is so much maintenance work that needs to be done, if you plan on receiving the security deposit back at the end of your stay, dont count on it. The apartments did not have security cameras anywhere, resulting in the (EMPTY) apartment below us getting broke into twice, and break ins in other apartments around as well. We met one lovely resident/ family that has been there since the beginning, but as far as the environment if you have children, this is not a place you want to be at. Between drug busts, and break ins, I would search elsewhere. The maintenance work we did have done was great (about three maintenance workers ago), but dont count on them getting to your issue in a reasonable amount of time. We spent the last 4-6 months waiting for fire/ co2 detectors to be replaced (again, NOT safe). As a loyal two year resident, we are very disappointed towards the end of our time being at Nokota Ridge.

The new manager Siera is awesome. Ive lived here several years and not once have we had someone who actually cares and is a pleasure to speak with. i would recommend living here now because of her. the maintenance worker has been great too. The apartments are spacious. The only issue here is some of the other tenants who cant seem to mind their own business. oh well.
