I have personally had only a few issues with Timber Ridge. Most issues get fixed quickly, but sometimes it does take a while for them to fix them. For what my Rent is, I honestly can't complain too much! Only real issue is both my A/C units are broken, and were that way before I moved in.
[Edit] After new management took over I did get my A/C units replaced.
It's pretty quiet around here all the time
