Moved in August 2017 Pros: Nice Size Apartment; 2 car garage is nice; My Neighbors (can't speak for anyone else) pretty much keep to themselves and quiet. Maintenance Staff seems to work pretty hard. The Assistant Manager is nice; Office staff sometimes seems overwhelmed but nice; Can't speak about the new Manager haven't meet him yet, but the old Manager was nice to me; The grounds are well kept; Cons: Valet Trash from day 1 it has been hit and miss if they pick-up the trash at all; Cable the channels you pay for in your monthly rent you can get for free with an regular Hi-Def Antenna from Walmart with better reception; Security gate has been broken since day 1; Trash compactor has been broken since day 1; Big Blue Unsightly Dumpster sits outside of my front door. So i get the pleasure of rodents traveling by my front door, which we pretty much refuse to open at night because they are going for their nightly snack. People often times don't pick-up behind their dogs after they do their "business" so the smell can be a bit much at times. Fitness Center is nice but could be clean more often, as of lately it has been pretty good. All concerns have been taken to the office staff at one time or another or multiple times and i have been given the same reason time after time without results. Somewhere there is an disconnect between what they know needs to be done and what they are either willing or able to do. So at this point I'm done saying anything. Conclusion: With the price of the rent (which i signed on to pay so the price is not the problem) and that fact the these apartments are advertised as Luxury Apartment. I would hope they would do a much better job in the near future. So that the word Luxury wouldn't be taken as a joke.

I've been a resident here since December 2016 and this is by far one of the best properties I've had the pleasure of renting! The office staff is very supportive and go over and beyond to make sure I'm happy living here. They even moved us into another unit a couple months ago at no cost because we were not satisfied with our unit at the time and it was a breeze! It is also a very quiet property and not to mention the blessing of having a resident officer patrolling and making sure it remains a peaceful place to live! I definitely will be renewing my lease! Thanks Century Edgewater for all you do!
