This new property management company has not plowed and it's already noon. My daughter and caregiver has to park on the street, because they are unable to drive up the hill into the parking lot. When you leave voicemails they do not return phone calls. I inquired about a reasonable accommodation 1 1/2 months ago, and they have failed to follow up with me probably due to the fact they lost my tenant file. This is only a small fraction of my complaints.
