This place is awful, we've had drive bys here, our neighbor constantly smokes weed and the smell goes through our wall, parking situation is bad you don't get a designated parking spot. Young tenants throw parties here till the late hour keeping those who work late hours awake. I do not recommend staying here, not for the money they charge for the location.

The community it's self is nice for the fact that it has doggy waste bags located throughout the neighborhood, a small nature trail, and community center amenities. The home is small and not as private as my family would like. No fenced in yard for pets and children, can hear your neighbors through the thin walls, and can hear everything going on outside as well. Townhouses are priced for more then most homes in the area but it does come with stainless steal appliances, trash removal, water, sewage, and on call maintenance. The staff are really great and have been very helpful with helping us fix a few things at our home. I've had an overall good experience living here just wish we had a little more extra storage space in the home, a private yard, and less noises in the community.

My family of 3 lived here for 2 years. We had a couple of problems, but overall it was a pleasant experience. I love that they allow big dogs and they have a washer and dryer. I think that it's fairly priced. I never had a problem with maintenance either. They changed the garbage system after we lived there a year and I hated that, but whatever. They also charged us almost $2,000 when we moved out and that's crazy. The location is nice though and we liked living there.

The property manager went out of her way to help me out with various situations above and beyond what anyone could expect. This was especially important to me since I don't know anyone in the area. I really appreciated all the help and assistance given. Because she went out of her way on her own time I wanted to pay her for it but she wouldn't accept payment for herself or a friend who helped with a personal computer issue that had nothing to do with the network at Eagle Ridge. In terms of regular maintenance my requests have been responded to quickly and efficiently. I find all the staff very dog friendly too which is important to me.

My family and I have only live here for 7 months before we had to moved, but our entire experience with this place is not like what everyone else is describing. The people that work here are very friendly as well as helpful. If we needed repairs, they would sent someone out to fix it the next day. they were also very helpful and understanding when we were not ready to move out on our move out date.

I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. My husband and I lived their for 4 years. I felt safe there while he was deployed. That is probably one of the only positives. The machines in the work-out room were always broken. They kept the temperature way to hot....even in winter. They put screws in the windows, so you couldn't open them. They plowed, but horribly and waited until everyone already left for work. The worst part was the check out process. We cleaned up our place and just had normal wear and tear and they tried charging us 1800 dollars to replace the rugs. The whole check out process is a scam to get money out of you. Our rugs were completely fine. They finally brought it down to our security deposit. We just said whatever at that point because we didn't want to deal with them anymore. The property manager is the rudest person in the entire world. She had no character and was very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Everything is cheaply built and it falls apart rather quickly.

Never been so disappointed in a place that my husband and I really did enjoy living in for about a year. We never had any issues with our apartment or maintenance throughout that year, and as expected, maintenance pulled back the carpets to check for pet urine stains at our move out inspection. However, we were not expecting to see over 10 urine stains just on the underside of the downstairs carpet. Most in areas that had been covered by furniture from the day we moved in. Don't even get me started on the upstairs carpet. We do not have children and we never had a pet. Never even watched someones dog or small child. They checked their records, and it showed that the carpet had been pulled up and inspected before we moved in, and that there were no stains present at the time of the last tenant's move out. Basically their paper trail showed that we had put the stains on the carpet. My husband had deployed, I was alone, the rest of the apartment was impeccable, I was ready to get out of there, and honestly felt very taken advantage of by the property manager. The carpet was new before the previous tenant, and I was told that tenant "was only there 3 months and never had pets on file". I'm pretty sure they charged that guy 1100 to replace carpets that were only 3 months old, never replaced them so they could get another year's use out of them, and then charged us again at our move out. Or someone didn't bend over to pull up the carpet like they claimed they did before we moved in. On top of that I paid the money to have the carpets professionally cleaned, as I was instructed to do if I wasn't anticipating replacing the carpet. That carpet has since been thrown out. Unless they just banked our money, didn't replace the carpets, and plan to screw the next set of tenants. Again, it was a nice place to spend a year, but it is plagued by all of the same problems as any other apartment in the area (drafty windows and doors, bugs, etc.) you just don't realize it right away because of their "new designer lighting" and decent-looking appliances. You can find other decent places to live and get way more for your money.
