Amazing value for what you get! Great building management, great location, gigantic windows, clean, updated appliances and ceiling fan in bedroom. Do not be deterred by the building being older, it's my favorite building I've lived in - and I have lived in the "modern" apartments. This building is well built and maintained.

Love these apartments! I've lived here for a little under a year now. The property management is great, the repairs are completed within 24-48 hours, and the walls are so thick (since it's an older building) that you can barely hear the neighbors. The apartments have gigantic windows and are very large. There is someone at the front desk 24/7 to receive your packages & visitors, so I never have to worry about that at all. I would definitely recommend these apartments!
