Monica has been so kind, conversational and personable when dealing with me using the elevators for my car (for weekend access) she loves my dog and even had him sit in the desk area with her.

I only visited a friend here for a week or so. Clearly the place has been renovated since earlier comments and the roof is nice. Residents and staff all seem respectful and friendly. Biggest issues are: 1) the lack of thermostat in each apt - it was really warm prior to the building turning on the A/C and then way too cold when they did, and 2) there are so many residents that it seems the fire alarms go off often...sometimes 3-4am...which really ruins a night. Otherwise, its a nice place, if you can deal w the above and the price is right.
