These apartments are laid out over 5 beautiful acres with a creek running through the complex. There is a gym and co-working space on site for your use. Within a short walk, you have Harvest Foods which borders the property, a mechanics shop, a couple of convenient stores, and easy access to the bus line.
To set up a showing, we first require an application. The Apartment is $950 + $40/washer+dryer = $995 total per month. The security deposit is $995. The lease is a year long. Water, Sewer, and Garbage are included in the rent price. Tenant covers Power.
We require a 640 credit score as well as an income of at least $2500/month. If you do not meet these requirements, you can have a co-signer do an application as well. All occupants over the age of 18 who plan to live in the unit will have to do an application.
Small dogs under 25 pounds may be permitted though there is a non-refundable deposit of $300 and a $20/ month pet rent per pet (two pet max). Dogs only
