A maximum of two pets are allowed in each apartment. Mature weight may not exceed 100 pounds for each pet. A pet interview may be required prior to moving in. $250 Pet Deposit Per Apartment & $250 Pet Fee Per Pet. An additional $200 pet deposit is required for puppies under 12 months old. Monthly Fee of $35 for cats and $45 for dogs. All animals must be pre-approved by the leasing office. Must provide photos of animals and vaccination records in order to obtain approval to bring any animal on the premises. Breed restrictions apply. A copy of our full Animal Policy is available in the leasing office or by email.
