There is one reserved parking spot on the island designated for this apartment. Overflow parking is available across the street at Settlers Park. Free laundry facilities are available in the building.
Monthly rent is $2,100 which includes on-site parking, heat, hot water, water, sewer, landscaping and snow removal. Other utilities (propane, electricity, and internet) are the responsibility of the tenant. We require a one-year lease commitment. We will consider applicants who own pets.
