I dont know if the people here are racist are just ignorant or both. Ive been here since March 2, 2018 , since then Ive seen people standing in front of my door smoking cigarettes on a daily basis and smelled marijuana being used on several balconies however the front office posted a highly offensive note on my door stating that this was their 1st and LAST WARNING about marijuana use , someone had complained that marijuana was coming through the vents of their house and my house automatically got blamed since I was new I guess. After speaking with management letting them know I didnt even use marijuana I thought things would be ok a few weeks go by I left to go own a business trip for about 2 weeks and the same day I get back home only minutes later the courtesy officer comes around and tells me at about 4:30pm that someone is complaining about smelling marijuana and since youve been gone for 2 weeks it must be you I went to to the front office once again and the property manager decided that she was just have me leave and pro rated my rent for April she gave me 7 days to find a new place in the middle of the month and I dont even smoke ...... so yeah now Im in the process of filing law suit because I know this completely against the law I WASNT SMOKING AND THIER NOT GOING TO GET AWAY WOTH THIS ONE

Most affordable nice apartments in a wide radius. Very friendly staff. Maintenance comes within 24 hours of a report (we had a water issue, and they came at 8pm to help us!)
They are the only apartments I know of in the area who recycle!
When my wife and I moved in with our puppy, we mentioned it would be nice to have a dog park. They have recently built a very nice doggy play area with agility and training elements!

Very reasonable prices however they are a little bit older and I have had some issues maintenance wise with minor things breaking here and there but maintenance is always very quick to respond usually within 24 hours and has it fixed Within the same time. after the Deep Freeze we just had I noticed staining on my kitchen ceiling from where water had leaked. Within 24 hours they had already been to my apartment to check it, worked on my upstairs neighbor, and traced it to the source, the upstairs apartment in the front of the building, they had it fixed within 36 hours

Beautiful place
Point University uses these as there dorms until some are built. They are very nice for the students. Located right next to Sports complex for student athletes.

This apartment complex, in overall, is a great place to live, especially if you're commuting to work for any of the Kia's car parts suppliers. The staff is friendly and absolutely great. You can get a free pass to the sports complex with year contract. However, there are minor(?) problems that needs to be dealt with. During my stay, whether the pipes were rusted from inside out (galvanized pipes?) or not, we had bronze/orange water for days. Surely, this can create health concerns and should be sought after. Other than such minor *health-related problems, this apartment is a decent place to live for any of you working for any of the kia suppliers with the low-wage/paying.
