College Village offers flexible lease terms from 5 months to 15 months. Our standard pricing is based on a 12 to 15-month lease term. Pricing for lease terms from 5 months to 11 months will vary based on the actual term selected. After the initial term expires, the lease will convert to a month-to-month tenancy with a required thirty (30) days’ notice to vacate the apartment. Below are the percentage increases from our standard advertised rental rate for this specific bedroom unit.

For example, take the monthly base rental rate for a 12-to-15-month lease and multiply the base rent by the percentage corresponding to the lease term you select then add that increase to the 12-to-15 month base rent amount and that will give you the base rental rate for the term you select.
Furnished Apartments - There is a 20% increase in the base rent of the lease term selected for a furnished apartment.
The standard security deposit equals one month's base rent and is fully refundable assuming the rental account is paid in full at the time of move out and no damage has been assessed. Any damage assessed in the bedroom will be assessed to the resident. Any damage assessed in the common spaces will be assessed equally to all residents of the apartment unless a resident takes full responsibility for the damage.
Each occupied bedroom is responsible to pay an equal share of the utilities for the apartment. Residents are responsible for paying for water, sewer, trash, cable/internet, and electricity. All utilities remain in the name of the property owner and the residents pay the property owner for their equal share of the utilities each month in addition to their rent.
