I am on my second lease at Summerwood and couldn't be any happier! These apartments are very safe and secure, with many amenities. There is an onset courtesy officer, gated access, great pool, and great grilling areas to hang out in! These apartments are in a great location being at the end of a quiet street and minutes away from town and UT Tyler. All 3 of the ladies that work in the office are very helpful from when you first get to Summerwood to any issues that may come up while living there. I have always had my concerns addressed and am very thankful for all of their help. The maintenance team is also great! The respond fast, are very friendly, and always make sure the property is well-maintained. Overall, this has been a great place to live while attending college and I would highly recommend it!
