A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in each apartment. Mature weight may not exceed 100 pounds per pet. A $250 refundable deposit and $250 non-refundable pet fee, per pet will apply. Monthly pet rent is $40 for cats and $50 for dogs. An additional $200 deposit will apply for puppies under 1-year-old. Please contact the leasing office for questions regarding fee amounts, restricted breeds, policies regarding small pets and pet policies. All animals must be pre-approved by management. A copy of our full Pet Policy is available in the leasing office or by email.
