I have lived here for 8 years and we will be moving out at the end of our lease. The new company is terrible!...
I have lived here for 8 years and we will be moving out at the end of our lease. The new company is terrible! It took them almost two months to actually do rent payments. Most of the lights around the complex are burnt out or just not turned on so it isn't very safe. I've heard they have been entering people's apartments without reason. They are also getting rid of the education discount so if you are a student or work for an educational institution, DO NOT MOVE HERE! There is hardly any staff anywhere on the property anymore. The office closes at weird times during a regular business day for no reason. The swimming pool hasn't been cleaned out in months and the pond is starting to look black! I don't think they have night security anymore or even a maintenance man. This place used to be so well-kept but now I don't think they even care about the safety and security of the people living here. DO NOT MOVE HERE! There are betting places to move where you can get a better deal on rent and feel safer.
