The quality of living at this property is gradually becoming worse and worse. Maintenance and upkeep takes forever for simple tasks, amenities are removed and not replaced and rent gets raised, and there's no sense of accountability or urgency for keeping the property in shape. Don't believe the website pictures, those pics are from a time when the previous property management company actually took care of the place.

Quiet community with nice amenities and new, clean apartments. Only downside is that due to the location on Campbell and near the hospital, there is a lot of street noise and ambulance sirens, but this isn't the complex's fault. I don't mind it, personally. Maintenance is fast and effective. No bugs or rodents. I have been pleased in my year living here so far.

They used to take really nice care of the outside. The grass is like 1/3 dead and the landscaping isn't very good anymore. They don't fill the propane tanks for the grills. The hot tub isn't on some nights. They also used to clean the flooring outside of the apartments because they're a weird material and get gross really quick. They stopped doing that too for some reason. It's a nice place to live but too expensive for them to stop taking care of it.

Very nice and updated but don’t be fooled. My car was broken into (I never got a response from management about the “security” they have), their online website to pay rent usually never works, and come move out time you will be charged for everything even if you did a really good job cleaning (don’t waste your time scrubbing your carpet!).

My car was broken into (I never got a response from management about the security they have), their online website to pay rent usually never works and your account is never accurate. For living in 2017 it seems a little ridiculous that you are penalized for their system constantly crashing. The management has changed three times in one year which is kind of concerning. And come move out time you will be charged for everything even if you did a really good job cleaning (dont waste your time scrubbing your carpet!!). I never waste time with reviews, especially not bad ones, but I had to warn those that are looking into this place.

These apartments are beautifully updated and perfect for students or service members - they're conveniently located close to UofA, Pima, and the Air Force Base. I love that I wasn't assigned a roommate, and the community is much quieter than typical off campus housing communities! The study center and other amenities are wonderful, and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. This is the perfect community for military, serious students and medical residents looking for a quiet and safe place to live. Oh, and I love that each floor plan (even studios!) have a washer and dryer en suite! That is SUCH a time saver and not super common in my experience!!
If you're looking for a great place to live this is a must see!

Stay away!!!! ... the management made me could not do anything but come here to write this. Worst place I've seen. Worst management I've seen. Once you move in they don't treat you like human being. I lived there for one year and I've never heard anything good about it in this community. Apartments seems new but bad quality. Walls are thin that you can hear anything your neighbors do. I mean anything! Ive seen a lot of arguments between people here and the office about their bad management. Please stay away if you think you are good people, because they are not as you.

This apartment Complex was a nice place a couple of years ago. As a matter of fact, we left here once but decided to return b/c we really enjoyed the neighborhood but in recent months there has been people here that have become violent & stay intoxicated. It no longer feels as safe as when we first moved in a couple of yrs. ago. We are constantly having to deal with these neighbors that have no respect for the other patrons and now we live in fear and not much is being done to resolve these issues. My husband was all but attacked for trying to help a young man who was brutally beaten. We have been good neighbors & good patrons. The police has been called several times to this complex but it is just getting worse. We really want to stay but with the violence, drugs & drunks that have no respect for anyone in the complex we are afraid that moving may be our only solution & that is a difficult decision to make b/c we are disabled & it is not easy for us to physically move. I have always thought that this complex would be our home for several years but due to the things I've described we feel that if this is not resolved before to long we have no other choice but to think about finding a safer environment. We were told that we were in a safe community, however there has been no improvements as far as safety!

Well,truth be told, THE SUNRISE APARTMENT. COMPLEX " looks nice with grass, trees. ,etc.. ". However, You ( tucson) , Northstar Managment. Must realize the real, story will be exposed eventually.! And the bottom lime is the truth only sets those in the dark free. Be advised! Read the comments of former and current residents have spoken! Stucco and chicken wire construction was only used for a limited time for obvious reasons! (Check into this) and to anyone wishing or dreaming of a clean , safe, place to dwell in for more then a day. Research carefully and ask questions. Don't bother with this location! Just read other comments related to mine!.. "good hunting".!

Second, they need to remodel the whole apt, it looks like crap! Third, I don't think the gate for the parking lot is necesary because its old and crappy and doesn't work half the time. People can just climb in so its pointless.
