Description

Please read entire ad. Especially regarding security deposit, credit check and lease length. If interested, please respond appropriately as noted in this ad. Thank you for understanding and valuing our time.
Adorable, adobe home in Keeling neighborhood (Glenn and Fontana) available with a slightly flexible lease beginning after April 15th, for a 8/9 month lease through the end of this year or beginning of 2026.
Central location on a quiet, secluded street with great neighbors. Very close to shopping, the university, restaurants and parks. Bike Blvd right here to easily get downtown or to The Loop.
Large fenced in yard with view of the mountains. Saltillo tiles/concrete floors throughout, Arizona room, fire pit, A/C, washer (no dryer but clothing line) and parking on street or in fenced yard!. Well behaved pet are ok.
Tenant must be able to maintain/water the low hassle yard (trees, shrubs, pull Bermuda Grass, etc.. ) along with house. Water, trash and sewer are paid by landlord.
Again, short lease that goes through end of the year-ish when landlord comes back to live and work on house for 2 or 3 months again.
Due to horrid experience with a past tenant a $1,500 security deposit AND and last months rent is required to move in. Security deposit is returned after lease ends. Those with excellent credit and rental history may be able to negotiate these terms.
No move in fee. Decent credit and great rental history required.
Landlord is an individual not a corporate company so we really do our due diligence to avoid issues. This home was built 95 years ago, literally using the cacti, grass and dirt it sits on. Must be able to appreciate the character and nuances that come with renting an old, mud house. It is a continuous project- some exterior stucco patches do not match and Interior paint colors are constantly changing so may be different than the photos.
Please respond with a bit about all who will be living in the house (including animals), your approximate credit score (if known), rental history and if the lease terms work for you. Helps to know that you read the entire ad.
Thank you!
