She is attentive, she keeps the place clean, and she is honest. Only drawback is no AC and in the summer the apartments get hot AF. Overall great spot though.

She is very responsive to all maintenance requests and take a good care of her tenants. I will truly miss that place.

The apartment complex is diverse, well kept, clean, safe and quite [just the way I prefer it to be] not to mention my neighbors on both sides of me are nice.
Mrs. Simona, the property manager and management team are always implementing property upgrades to maintain a nice environment which is greatly appreciated. Another highlight that is very convenient to me is that we tenants can pay our rent online through the Real Estate Connection portal.
Overall, I enjoy the Alondra Park Apartments and would recommend this complex to future amazing tenants as it is a comfortable place to reside and I am a happy tenant...

Apartment Manager Simona is such a nice person , always helped us all the time.We got all maintenance done on time. Some time we got her help on public holidays. Its day or night if we ring her no# , she was always there to Help!
I have stayed in many large apartment but I have observed maintenance & responses of Apt Managers are not too good , maintenance are not proper.However Alondra Park we never faced such problem.
Noice Level : Its very quiet in alondra park.
Transportation : Good
Groceries & Stores: All are Near By
Safety : Apartment is gate Secured & never had trouble with safety.

Simona Suzuki (property manager) is a wonderful person! She helped me set up my living arrangements from clear across the country.
I arrived to the building. I felt safe knowing that there was a gated entry where only residents could go in or out. Right off the bat i was impressed with the gorgeous courtyard.
Everyone gets their very own parking spot so there was never any searching for a spot. My studio was perfect! Full marble counter tops and just enough size for 1 person to be totally comfortable.
It came with a pool and a small personal sized fitness center and on-site Laundry!!!
Across the street is a gorgeous park and it's located literally 1 mile from the 405 highway.
The South Bay is a wonderful part of Los Angeles and thanks to Alondra Park the first year of my life in Los Angeles was safe and successful.
Not to mention.... I GOT 100% of my Security Deposit!!!!
Simona is the best manager. The place is nice and quiet
