WARNING ... BEWARE!!! to any one who rents these apartments, and plan on getting a roommate match!! They matched my 19 year old daughter was match with a 32 year old women from Iran, even though they say they are personality matching, they could not give me one thing these two would have in common... completely lied! Even though they say that in their brochure. The roommate caused her so much stress, ate her food, left it out of the fridge to spoil, to her clothes out of washer an thru them on the floor, and did such crazy things, to many to list, she scared my daughter so much, that she locked her self in her room all the time. After many complaints to the management they did nothing, several months ago they said they would look in to finding her a new apartment and never got back to her. Saturday the women forced her self in my daughters room and assaulted her, my daughter was terrified, the police were called and report was made. My daughter moved out that day because she was so terrified!! The management told her, for the most part, they don't care you have to pay the rest of your lease, which is three more months. They expected her to live with this women that assaulted her, and caused her so much stress and fear!! So...be very careful because she is still there and found out she re-signed another year lease, so that means someone else will be roomed with her!!! I Asked the leasing manager if she would live with someone that assaulted her and she said no, but they expect my daughter to!! They do not care! She said they have to many complaints they cant take care of all of them! So again they don't care!! My daughters first time on her own, that she worked to pay her rent, and it turned into complete hell for her!! They don't tell you your roommates to see if your ok with them before matching, they also don't let you see your apartment a head of time, because they clearly aren't as nice as the model! Mold in the bathroom, floor stained, closet door didn't slide. *** I only put one star because I had to ... I would put a negative!!!

Olde Towne is a great living location for students at the University of Toledo. It offers great amenities such as pool, basketball court, movie theatre, game room, and a fitness center. The location is also extremely safe and there is a courtesy officer on duty. Also, the fact that the rooms are furnished is another great plus!

Olde Towne University Square is a great place to live. I have lived here for a year and a half, and I plan to live here for another year and a half. The apartments are nice and clean. They are also super close to campus. The staff is very personable and care about their residents. They go out of their way to learn the residents' name and are always eager to help. Work orders are completed in a timely manner. Overall, I would recommend this place to others.

If you're a current or future student attending the University of Toledo, then you can't really go wrong with Olde Towe. Pros: If you are an engineering major, then your engineering classes are literally right next to you. If not, then you still live on campus without actually living off campus. The apartment is completely furnished, comes with a kitchen with a stove and oven, and you get your own bathroom. The only thing that you have to pay monthly other than rent is electricity. There is no gas that runs through the apartment. Everything is electric. Cons: Parking can be hit or miss. I can't tell you the number of times that I'd come back from work at night and find that all of the parking spots next to my building are field. Fortunately, I can park somewhere on the lot, but it's a little inconvenient to do so. Maintenance is usually pretty decent, but there was once instance where someone was inspecting the rooms and noticed that one room was unoccupied and unlocked. So they lock the door since it was unoccupied, but they left the bathroom light on inside the room. My roommate talked to the staff to get that taken care of, but it wasn't until I called, a month later, where that was handled. I do think that this is a great place to stay. If you're looking for an apartment, take Olde Towne into consideration.

Olde Towne University Square has the perfect location. They are very close to the University main campus and extremely close to engineering. They have many facilities that you can use while living here. They have a 24 hour workout room, a movie theater, game room, pool, and a basketball court. Olde Towne also has security guards walking around at night to make you feel safe. Their staff is also very helpful and friendly.
