Would give negative stars if possible. Took 6 months and going above management to fix the smoke detectors in the shared hall. Took weeks to fix a blown up outlet. Took the entire span of the lease to fix the doorbell. The maintenance man is not a licensed plumber and we had to ask him 3 different times to fix the same issue with the toilet, and it still was never taken care of. In my opinion, from what I have seen and how I have been treated, Angie the manager is very unprofessional. Also because of a direct conversation with Tim the manager of the entire company (that also owns Piccadilly East and West, Tamarack Creek, and Jackman Grove) I have the opinion that RJ Lloyd and company are not very concerned with the safety of their residents, and are unwilling to make any sort of reasonable accommodations. I am not impressed at all with Alexor, and certainly will not recommend any of this company's properties to anyone, even strangers.

Angie the manager is extremely nice and helpful. She's very much a people person. They offer access to a food pantry in their office for families in need. The hallways and laundry areas are kept clean. Some tenants can be a hassle to deal with. Also, some people can't seem to park correctly which can, at times, narrow you options for parking.
