The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare meals, bake, or entertain new friends along with pool ware. For coffee lovers, you'll have a starter kit for the Keurig coffee maker with caffeinated and decaffeinated K-cups along with non-dairy coffee creamers. There is also a drip coffee maker with filters and a hot water kettle for tea.
Our cozy living room is furnished with comfy furniture, a couch with two powered recliners, a new smart ROKU TV streaming free channels, and use of high-speed internet.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, a dresser, a large walk in closet with a custom closet with plenty of room for your clothes, and its own private smart TV. The Master Bathroom has two toilets and a roll-shower with two shower heads for complete emersion while showering.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board. - comes comp towels, linens, and a blow-dryer. There are two guest bedrooms - each with a custom closet and a queen bed. The guest bath includes a tub and shower, along with towels, linens, and a blow-dryer. There are 6 pool / beach towels available to be used at the pool.
The Lanai and patio area includes a gas grill and conversational seating / dining table for 6. This is a great place to have coffee or enjoy a cocktail with each other and your friends and family. Enjoy the full privacy of our lanai on a private lake with no rear neighbors for as far as you can see.
