I was beyond blown away by the excellent level of customer service offered by Cross Creek, and most especially by Cody Jennings. He was more than helpful from the moment I walked into the leasing office! Cody was able to find me the very best unit to suit my needs and made sure all my questions were always answered promptly. Overall the leasing process was a dream. Thank you Cody!

I have been a resident since November 2021. Ashley Giddings was my initial leasing contact. She was great! Cody is my office leasing contact now. He has been nothing short of amazing! The office staff in general, but Cody in particular have been professional, kind and receptive to my every concern. Living here has been an adjustment, coming from a larger home but the 2br offers plenty of space. The patio is massive compared to other apartments. My apartment was upgraded with modern appliances. Large washer (thank you Cody) and dryer. The grounds are well maintained. This is a pet friendly community but people pick up after their pets. The community stresses that residents be mindful of loud noise so this is great! The pool, exercise and yoga rooms are beautiful and well maintained. Overall, I enjoy living here. It is peaceful! My only complaint is that I wish they would do a better job cleaning the stairs and landings. I have asked that they steam clean so I hope this is coming. They are repaving the roadways as part of their upgrading. The maintenance team is very responsive. Valet trash pick up is great perk. After 5 months I am pleased. Highly recommended development. Thanks again Cody for helping to make my apartment living experience, thus far, a positive one.

Been a resident in this complex for almost a year now and I have to say, Im enjoying my stay! The office staff are very nice and willing to help me with any and everything I need help with! Maintenance crew are very fast and get the job done efficiently and quickly! Havent had any major problems since Ive moved in!

Blessed to have a home I just chose a bad location on property. The unit is spacious but simple its a open floor plan concept. Not all units come with painted walls and that was not disclosed upfront so we got stuck with all white walls when we moved here still bitter about that lol ! It lacks a linen closet which was shocking because Ive never lived in an apartment that didnt have one. Walls and Ceilings are PAPER THIN my neighbors they NEVER leave home and the adults stomp ALL DAY long play there surround sound loud in the late evenings into midnight PAST and let their kids run all day long not thinking about who lives below Other than that its nice for the area never mind rent went up $925 since 2019.

Just renewed my lease, very nice staff and my neighbors are super friendly. Everyone in my building interacts and is so nice. I sort of wish the dog park had more to it especially with how many adorable dogs are out being walked. I love that there is no carpet in the apartment perfect for owning a pet who could possibly stain the carpet. They even have a pet spa located at the front of the complex. Only thing I cant say is perfect, is the parking. I cant count how many times Ive come home from work, and not even late Im talking 6-8pm and I have to park several buildings down if not in visitor parking. Which is very far from my building. The office provided a towing company number but, of course they dont answer or do anything about it. Cars parked sideways blocking in cars that are in spots. Some cars park along the curb or in front of peoples garages. And while its been getting better, another thing not so great is other residents not picking up after their dogs. Sometimes you can smell it when you walk out of your front door. Its gross. Other than parking and dog trash, Id say this place is really nice.
