The area is nice and its a nice sized apartment. The gate doesnt work often but thats more the residents hitting it constantly then the apartment fault. Also, the residents run stop signs and speed so watch when walking. We have had issues with the AC and some maintenance but the Supervisor Eddie came over and spent the time to talk to us and explain what he did to try to fix it and the next steps if this doesnt work. He was amazing! Alyssa with the office also followed up and was very professional. We have had our ups and downs but weve been here 7 years and sometimes things happen, its how someone responds to that, that matters.

Ive lived here for about a year now and all I can say is I love it. The location is perfect, you dont get traffic because were behind everything but also only a 5-10 minute drive from all restaurants and the mall. Ive never had to call maintenance to fix any household issues. I plan to renew my lease and I recommend this complex to anyone who is looking.

I've lived here a little over 7 months and my biggest issue is how THIN these walls are. I can hear and I'm sure my neighbors can hear EVERYTHING. I can't tell you how tired I am of hearing my neighbor's bed creak! Also most of the amenities they boast don't ever work. I've NEVER been able to use the car wash machine it's always broken. The fire pits are all show and never have I once seen them work. Otherwise its a pleasant community, with great kitchens. However, I won't be renewing my lease and look forward to an upgrade in privacy!
