I have lived at St. Augustine Hills for almost 5 years and I lived here previously from 2001-2003. This is a very good apartment complex. It is small compared to other apartments in the area but it has a great community. It is very quiet and people keep to themselves. We have a mix of state workers, students, contractors, retirees, etc. so we are not a party complex. There are no weirdos in the parking lot or wild parties in the apartments. We went through a phase where we had loud pool parties with an old property manager but they got rid of her thank goodness. Our current property manager, Marie and our leasing agent, Marie are both great. We just got the roofs done, the parking lot repaved, online bill pay and financial management classes this year so they have really done an excellent job. They are great and I hope they stay for a long time. The only issues I have are with some of the residents who want to throw their trash in the parking lot. Also, we have residents who do not want to clean up after their dogs. Management has told them repeatedly about that but some people are just nasty. Another con is the walls and floors. You can definitely hear your neighbor above you and to the side of you. You can literally hear them use the bathroom if the TV is not on. It is white noise to me but I'm sure this can bother some people. Furthermore, there are mainly one bedroom apartments in the complex and very few two bedrooms so if you have a big family, there may not be enough room for you. Otherwise, this is a wonderful complex. I am very happy here.

I live in one of the 2 story buildings on the 2nd floor. Love the design of my apartment and management is great! Poor construction of the walls. The walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbors through the walls. I hear their coughs, talking, walking, cabinet closing, TV, music and other noises from their apartment. I have lived in a few apartments before, but never one with such thin walls. The wood floors are uneven. They have bumps under them. Also, there are tops of nails showing on the floor in some places. We will be moving as soon as our lease is up.
