Living here for my daughter and my family was a nightmare, never the administrator or the maintenance staff is available and nobody knows anything. I was forced to pay two rents so that my daughter lived in another clean place until the contract ended. My daughter suffers from allergies and one of the girls who lived in the townhouse entered a huge dog without authorization and a permanent person to live (sleep) in the common area. The filth of the dog's needs and the hair of this and the dirt of the new inhabitant made it impossible for my daughter to live there. I personally went to try to fix the problem and nothing happened because first six elapsed and the contract ended and neither the dog was removed nor the inhabitant of the common area, much less the townhouse was cleaned. I had to pay for them to clean up and be able to get someone to get my daughter's things out because they could not get in with the bad smell. They never fixed the bathroom or washed dishes since my daughter moved. My daughter now lives in Stadium Center I recommend the maintenance service is excellent and the administration staff is fantastic if for some reason they do not answer, you can leave a message and call back the same day in a couple of hours.
