College Town Neighborhood Summary

College Town sits just south of FSU’s sprawling campus, with Gaines Street running right through the middle of the district. This area has only recently popped up within the last couple of years, but it has quickly been absorbed into the culture of FSU. Though this neighborhood was once reserved for industry, graduated FSU students have transformed it into a student haven that offers luxury apartment living, great shopping, and mouth-watering restaurants. So new it still sparkles, College Town provides that perfect sense of vibrancy that comes with freshly built places, without leaving behind the traditions that tie FSU’s students together. After all, you’ll only be living only a hop, skip, and a jump away from FSU’s Doak Campbell Stadium. During game day, the area is flooded with students and locals alike trying to enjoy the festivities. In addition, students love to throw parties along Kleman Plaza no matter what time of year. College Town is the perfect neighborhood for students looking to live off-campus, but not leave the FSU lifestyle behind them!
