Great experience. The office staff were always pleasant. Only needed maintenance once but they came out immediately. The community is well kept and quiet.

Moving to a new city, learning the ropes about the place you are going to call home for the next several months and trying to decide where you are going to live can be stressful. Jamie and her colleagues at Evergreens at Mahan made the selection of my home for the next two years a terrific experience. Along with her beautiful smile and personality; Jamie is very knowledgeable about the property, very professional and goes above and beyond to make her clients feel appreciated and at home at Evergreens. I can not say thank you enough to Jamie for how she worked with me and my Corporate office to make the Leasing process a smooth transaction and getting me into an apartment I am going to be proud to call home. Thank you again for everything you do and the way you have made me feel welcome and at home in my apartment.

The staff is super friendly! Work orders are taken care of quickly. David is awesome! Hes taken care of all my work orders thus far and has been very efficient and friendly. He took his shoes off before going through my apartment, which I really appreciated and I didnt even have to ask! He takes the time to write down everything he did. The staff in the leasing office has also been super friendly in helping anyway they can! This is a great place to live. The community is quiet and dog friendly!

I travel for work and have had to stay at many different places. Evergreens at Mahan has been the best place Ive stayed by far. Everyone that works there are so nice to both me and my dog. Everyone that lives there have been so welcoming and nice. I felt very safe living there alone. I wish I could have stayed
