I have lived in Polo Club for the past three years and have loved my time here! It is walking distance to campus, has great staff, pool & gum, and are great apartments overall! Would definitely recommend Polo Club to any FSU, TCC, or FAMU students!

Polo Club is a fantastic place to live. There are so many reasons why, but my number 1 is because of how welcoming, prompt, friendly, and helpful the staff is anytime you need something. Maintenance requests, even low priority ones, are filled either same day or the next day, and they always clean up after themselves and are also very kind. I love the amount of storage space I have, the privacy due to the location of my specific apartment in the back of the complex, and it's never too noisy around the neighborhood. My apartment specifically is right in front of some trees and I live on the top floor, so when I look out my window I feel like I'm in a tree house or something. It's a very calming location to be in. Polo Club is also right next to two major FSU bus routes (Garnet and Gold), which makes commuting to campus a breeze. There are ample visitor and resident parking spaces... I never have trouble having friends over, and I'm so grateful they don't have to pay to visit me, unlike some other apartment complexes around FSU. The living room in my apartment is huge and there's plenty of room to have guests over and entertain. The only thing that isn't 100% great is the kitchen's size. It's a little small and narrow, so no more than 2 people can really be in it comfortably, but that's not really a problem for my roommates and I cause we don't all go in there and try to cook at the same time. I would also suggest improving the gym. I've only been in there once, but 2 of the 3 treadmills were not working properly, and all the weight machines seemed to be geared towards men for building up upper body strength mostly. All the other community amenities (pool, club house which has a pool table, etc) are outstanding, though. I definitely stand behind my 5 star rating of Polo Club, and I hope to live here again next spring when I return from studying abroad!

Lived here almost a year and have never had one single complaint. There apartments feel very "homey" and there are great amenities offered as well like free coffee, a pool, a barbecue grill on the pool deck, and a very efficient gym with recently replaced/new equipment. Every Wednesday they give you free food from a local restaurant too! Would highly recommend living here!

Polo Club has been a great place to live! I love the beautiful brick exterior walking up to my apartment. I chose this apartment for many reasons. I love that it is only a mile away from campus and one of the first bus stops getting back. I also love that the layout in the 4x4s so that I have an alleyway getting to my room to make it more private. The family room is huuuggeee so there is lots of space to have people over. I also have a beautiful view of the pool. Unlike most apartment complexes, I do not find polo club to be too rowdy, so it's extremely nice to be able to have that luxury. My only complain would be that the kitchen is rather small. I would have preferred a bigger kitchen and a smaller laundry room, but my roommates and I usually are not all cooking at the same time so it is not a big issue. Overall, I love polo club and am living here again next year!
