Description

The Carlton Apartments was built in 1929, originally called the Marymac Apartments, and had a complete renovation due to a fire in 1998. Builder C.F. Davidson & Co Design was influenced by the Italianate Style which enriched a classic tile mosaic design and exposed mahogany beams. With restoration in 1998, strict attention was paid to bring the building back to its original stately charm. The Carlton Apartment’s is proud to say that the building is registered as a historic building on the National Register of Historic Places.
