Copy of ID (driver's license or other form of government issued ID)
Copy of pay stubs from previous 2 months (proving minimum income requirement)
Credit score of 600 or above
Good rental history
$45 application fee (in check or money order) per adult
Lease Terms: 12 months and 6 months available
Military promotion: Additional $200 discount at move-in
Security Deposit: $500- 2 months rent depending on application results.
Pet Deposit: Total $300 (refundable)
Pet Rent: $35 per pet (maximum of 2)
