2. Holding Fee $250.00 to be applied towards security deposit.
3. Security Deposit of 1 Month's rent.
4. $250.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
5. Refundable $300.00 Pet Deposit. Pet Rent: $25 monthly. We are a pet-friendly property! Your pets are very welcome!
6. Utilities. $200 / month
7. Parking available. Each resident will have One registered spot.
