One level features a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a TV console, an ensuite bathroom, and a private waterfront covered deck.
Your second bedroom is a bunkroom with a twin over a full-size bed. Also, have access to the ocean side deck.
Your third bedroom has a queen-size bed and also shares the ocean side deck.
You will also find the washer and dryer on this level.
One level above, you will find your full kitchen and dining room with waterfront views of the marsh. Your living room houses a sectional sofa, love seat, soft side chair, coffee table, TV, and a selection of board games and books for your convenience.
Your waterfront sun deck is a perfect spot to view the sunsets over Stump Sound, with a cushioned all-weather seating vignette for your comfort.
You will find a queen-sized bedroom suite on this level with shared access to the ensuite bath. And another side balcony to give you easy access to the outside.
At the top level, you will find a private, roomy penthouse guest suite with a queen side bed, an ensuite bath, and a private ocean side balcony.
The back of the yard slopes down to the water, where you can fish or crab for the night's dinner. This home is two tenths of a mile, or a 5-minute walk, to Surf City public beach access #4. Only a two-minute drive from all the fun “downtown” activities that Surf City has to offer, like restaurants, adorable shops, fresh donuts, and a great public park with a playground - a perfect spot for your dog to romp while avoiding the hot sand and road.
