For history buffs, there are a few museums and sites to check out, like Booth Memorial, David Judson House, and Garbage Museum. The Stratford Antique Center is a really neat place to browse the various antiques and collector’s items that may be up for sale that day. Short Beach is clean and has various activities like volleyball, a skate park, playground, mini golf, and vendors. In Stratford there is also a bowling alley, go kart speedway, movie theaters, some department stores, and some really good places to eat out.
