Probably one of easiest apartment leasing I've done. Very straightforward, easy and quick communications with the property manager, Bridgette. Was able to lease the apartment without being there in person to view the unit ( I moved halfway across the country and needed a place to live before I arrived). Painless process and pleased with how smooth everything went. Dog friendly which is fantastic.
Heats Included, and it definitely gets warm inside despite it being sub zero outside.

I have been a tenant for almost 4 years at highland towers and have had a wonderful experience. Outdoor area and parking lot are always clean. Inside of building always clean as well. Laundry room neat and well kept. Great location. The property manager is wonderful and polite and always has prompt responses and seems to care about the tenants and any concern they may have. The neighbors are respectful too. Over all a pleasant rental experience here!
