The manager is sincere and does a fantastic job for the renter. She works hard to make the moving transition go easier.

We have been here 3 years and we love everything about it!
The property manager at Osceola Place, Dauhn, is an exceptional manager and indeed an asset to this property. She is calm, patient and understanding in a job that can sometimes be frustrating. Her knowledge of the business and her remarkable problem solving abilities are stellar. She will follow through any problem until it is done. Because of her example, the other employees keep a watchful eye on the maintenance of the units as well as keeping the interior and exterior of the building and the grounds surrounding the property in first-rate shape.

Everyone from the property manager, the maintenance man, woman responsible for the cleanliness of the common areas and especially the residents is friendly and welcoming. Glad I moved here.
