I'm offering a sublease for apartment building located right next to SLU campus in the Central West End area, very close to IKEA.

The apartment includes washer & dryer and dishwasher and microwave oven all in unit.

The listed square feet is 675.

They offer off street parking for an additional $25/month fee (reserved surface lot space but free street parking is available too).

Regular utilities are already included in rent; but you are only responsible for electric and internet/cable service.

They are open to pets although there are additional fees involved.

I personally don't have any pets.

I've lived here for 1 year and had actually signed a lease renewal before my recent job change, so actually looking to change cities now.

Open to room showings anytime in the evenings after work or on weekends.

The pics are stock photos of the place before moving in but that's what it will look like again after I pay for a thorough cleaning. Plus, it's required to get my security deposit back.

Currently living here so the apartment has furniture and stuff but definitely -- all that will be gone and cleaning service will clean everything before exiting.

Also, if you choose to keep any of the furniture, I'm open to that too (storage bed, work table, coffee table,
bathroom stand, etc.)

The lease runs from now through July 27, 2021.
