We have been living in this building since 2013 and have loved every minute of it. Our property manager, Shelly is responsive and quite helpful. The maintenance team Jorge and Francisco are AMAZING. They can literally fix anything and they do it quickly. Our unit is great. We have a balcony with a great view of downtown and have great neighbors. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.

So I went to visit the property today to view a one bedroom, I emailed and texted One of the property managers by the name of Shelley, she was supposed to meet me at 9 am, however I came a few minutes after 9 due to me having to get ready to go to work. I called her when I get to the front door and she answered the phone pissed if I knew that no one would be working inside of the building. She stated she was sitting in her car about to leave because I was late. Told her I was standing at the front door, she hung up the phone in my face at that point. I knew this is not the place for me, so I decided to waste her time and still have her to show me the place that was dirty. She showed me a dirty apartment. The jacuzzi tub was filled with dirt from someone taking a shower. Place was extremely small and overpriced. And did I mention dirty? I just would not. Dont even come and look at the place is a joke, and so is all the foundation she had caked on her face with a bad attitude. No, thank you, I'll continue my search, they need new management seriously.

Three night clubs with a New club opening on first floor, no parking after 8pm, unprofessional property manager, lost rent checks, loud and noisy, unable to sleep, hallsway smell, elevator smells dog urine, doors and gates are always propped open, car windows get busted, prostitution stroll is behind building, garage parking over priced, ghetto club music plays until 2am, random people hanging outside in front of building until 4am or earlier, drag racing, city street and metered parking are blocked and sold for $20 each, trash bags left in hall over night, shootings every time club is open, management lies about clubs closure and they're still open as of today....overall this should be your last resort and thats after your parents said you can't come home.

No parking, unprofessional management, lost rent payment, three nightclubs, inability to sleep, and weekly shootings, then welcome home! Saw the appliances and fixtures and thought yes. My only drawback was the clearly labeled horny goat nightclub downstairs and living on the second floor. I was told by the owner and former leasing agent that the clubs were closed down. I signed the lease on a Wednesday. On Saturday, the nightclub was jumping like a grand opening. Then everyday except Tuesday for the next 12 months. Both representatives lied for a lease signing. So, this is a great place to live if you like rap music playing from 5pm to 1:30 am daily, except Tuesdays, people fighting in and outside the clubs, yes the nightclub (Lux) is next door. Not to mention, people shooting after either club ends, even shooting in apartment windows on the 4th floor. You can clearly hear the music in your apartment along with the people up to the top floor. The club has back exits and random people hang out back there, so be careful coming in after dark. Several fights have broken out in what's supposed to be a secured area. (Hence locked gates that are always propped open). After the clubs ends, people will sit in their cars playing music loud and holding excessively loud conversations with the doors open until 4am. GW charges over $100 a month for parking, so good luck trying to find city street parking because the valet blocking the street parking in front of the building with cones and rent them as VIP spaces for $10-$20. There's a parking lot across the street in the back of the building where residents can park. It's located next to the prostitution stroll and cars are regularly broken into. The leasing agents, accountants, etc. lose rent payments regularly, so keep your records and pictures of your payments. The new leasing agent is some reality show cast member from the bad girls club that brings her daughter on tours. She regularly fraternize with residents at 9pm, and refuses to speak to you unless she moved you in, or think you owe something to her, like a rent payment they lost. She will text you randomly out of the blue but tell you not to text her after 5. You have to contact the owner for emergencies. Otherwise, the maintenance is responsive but the appliances though nice looking, need updating and/or repairing. If you like music all night, or work third shift then this is the place with affordable rent and a semi-trashy atmosphere.
