I've lived here for almost 4 years and I've had a great experience. Any time I've had a maintenance issue, they come right away and resolved it quickly. Maintenance is always pleasant, same with the office managers. The neighbors can be a bit rowdy sometimes, but that's not something the complex controls. Roofers have been out making repairs consistently for months, the grass is well maintained, and the apartments are really roomy for the price. They're very pet friendly too, which I really appreciate! I've even recommended friends to live here, I've been so content with my experience.

I have lived in these apartments over 2 years. I cant say that i have a single complaint. I see several people talk about roaches.. I have not seen a single roach since I have lived here. I have had some wasps sneak in but that is my fault for leaving the screen door open during the summer. Other than that, no bugs. I have a dog and the pet rent is only $20 a month.. very hard to find it that cheap anywhere else. I also see a lot of people complaining about the maintenance and people in the office.. I would say that they need to hire more people to help them out. On so many occasions I have seen Tabitha working in the office during the day, and cutting weeds and trimming the bushes in the evening. She is constantly working.. As far as maintenance, i had my air go out, and that did take 2 days to fix. But they called me each morning with an update and told me that if I wanted, they would bring me up a portable unit in the meantime... I also had my screen window fall out from a storm and they came up and fixed it as soon as I hung up.. They give you a sheet to fill out when you move in that you can include anything that is broken or you would like fixed so that they can handle it for you. The maintenance men know my dogs name and always give out treats in the office and when they see us walking. I had a problem with a neighbor that lived two stories beneath me throwing water on my dog and other dogs when they walked past her balcony.. once the office was called they handled it two days later.. didnt even see the neighbor outside after that. I wasnt even the one who called the office and Tabitha made sure to reach out to me and see if I was having problems and promised that it would get resolved.. and it did. The one bedrooms dont have as much storage as i would like, but bedrooms are spacious and so are kitchen and bathrooms. Living here until I buy a house and i know i will miss the size of this bathroom and vanity mirror. It feels so homey and everyone who works for the complex is so family oriented. if it had laundry in the unit and more storage I would probably stay here forever. Cant beat the price for rent. Saw a review say same price at Covington across the street.. No way.. will pay over 100-150 more to live there. One of the least expensive places around and so pet friendly.

It would be nice to fix up apartments for people that have lived there for a long time! Great job on keeping the bad folks out!! Overall, I didn't mind these apartments at all.

I am not sure what other apartments in the complex look like, but ours was pretty nice for the price. We had new carpets...

I am not sure what other apartments in the complex look like, but ours was pretty nice for the price. We had new carpets in all of the bedrooms, and bathroom was updated and really clean. We lived here for about a year, and I would deff recommend it, for a short term lease. I can also say that some other apartments we looked at, had the higher price but looked way worse! We moved out because we bought a house, so these apartments are a good money saver, compared to some others in South county that are a higher price, but not much nicer at all (except maybe for the pool) . Never had any problems inside the apartment, Never saw any roaches either. There were some issues in the neigborhood, but every apartment complex has some kind of issues. The only thing I hated that the parking was behind the building, and you are not allowed to park on the street. It's also nice that you don't have to pay for the water and trash.
