I lived at Joule Plaza for a little less than a year. I got a job in Salt Lake so I have to move up there, otherwise I would have stayed. Here has been my experience. Marianne and Kooper have always treated me kindly and were friendly and helpful. Also, it was easy to contact them and they responded quickly. Any kind of maintenance work I needed was done within 24hrs. The garage is secure and I never had any issues with the fob or any kind of break in. That also goes for the security of the entire property. Both safe and clean. The internet worked great for me. I only recall one day when it was a little slow but it was during the Christmas break when I imagine everyone was using it. But one day in almost a year is not bad at all. The gym and the pool are both in great condition. I only used those two things. I don't have any pets, but it is pet friendly. I never heard dogs barking late at night or early in the morning. I lived on the second floor and only once heard my neighbors next door in a lively debate. But other than that I never heard my neighbors to the sides of me or above me. Overall, I don't have any complaints and I would recommend living there.

I've lived at Joule Plaza for almost a year and a half (I renewed my lease because I loved living here so much) and have had such a great experience living here so far. I even referred two other family members to move in to the Plaza last year and they've loved it, too. The management is amazing and have always been willing to help with any issues that have come up. Marianne and Kooper actually care about the place and the residents, and it's such a refreshing change to other places I've lived that have had apathetic and impersonal management, at best. It seems like they are going above and beyond to make this a great place to live for everyone and I truly appreciate everything they do for us residents.

This property is absolutely STUNNING! With all the amenities they offer and how clean everything looks I would say this is the best apartment complex in town! I came into tour and the management was so kind and friendly from the time I walked in to the time I got my keys. I've lived here over a year and I love how the management really cares about us residents by making sure ALL residents follow the policies to keep the property looking top notch. They make it feel like home with all the goodies and activities they throw for us.
