A good value for the money, but there are some issues with the building. The balconies are very old and ours is actually missing part of the deck where it's rotted away. There's cockroaches and mice, which we have to treat for ourselves since the landlord's "solution" is to have someone spray bug killer around the cabinets and floors every six months or so. The free wifi goes out constantly and is agonizingly slow when it does work, so getting your own is probably a good investment. However, in our unit a previous tenant did something to ruin the cable line, and it was a back-and-forth argument between Mediacom and the landlord as to who was responsible for fixing it, so we gave up on ever having cable. Neighbor's unit usually smells strongly of weed. Looking to move as soon as we can find a nice 1 br that allows pets.
