Off of the house is a large deck , and gated parking behind the home from the alley way, large enough to park a boat. There are 2 garage entrances (both entering from the alley way), one 3 car, the other 2 car. Both attached to the shop space. One garage door has an auto opener. There is a sprinkler system, central air conditioning.
Lawn to be maintained by Tenant. Tenant responsible for all utilities.
First month, Last month Deposit, and $1,500.00 Security Deposit required for move-in. Pets may be accepted contingent upon applicants credit, rental history, along with a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee per animal. One year lease.
Each persons over 18 must meet following criteria:
-620+ credit score minimum with timely payments to revolving accounts
-Good rental history of at least 1 year, no evictions
-Stable source of income of at least 1 year (employment, SSI, assistance etc.) 2.5x the rent
